Is yozakura quartet: Hoshi no Umi the anime still ongoing?

i just finished the first one and started hoshi no umi but it only has one episode on the site so is there more or is it ongoing or what? so far its completely awesome but theres a huge change in between the first one and this one so how long has it been in the anime between the two? and another thing i was wondering was.....what is that perverted little kid? i know hes like the sectional chief but what ranking does that hold? i mean he seems like he has some kind of political power so whats up with that? oh and is he really an earth god like they kept calling him and why does that chick do anything he says lol like all the cosplay uniforms? srry i had alot of question but please try to answer thanks!
