Can someone please help me get rid of my acne?

i've got oily areas near the nose and the near the forehead.i've got a fair complexion and that makes scars and marks stand out prominently.been to 4-5 doctors.ive used every possible medicine - the strongest possible creams and tablets(minolux cnn50 erythromycin roythromycin-u name it i've had it!) for my acne which appears even after i take loads of care.i have 5-8 liters of water in a day.face packs and turmeric cream,i've used every possible face wash for acne and i wash my face 3 times a day with facewash still there's no respite.i've rubbed lime on my face and sandalwood paste.i have homemade food minus the oily stuff and i've not had junk food in 2 years atleast.i don't eat outside.i am tired of this acne which keeps appearing.i want a clear and spotless skin! also i've got dark circles around my eyes.though i sleep for 7 hours a day.can anyone help me get rid of all this?
