Salmon In Dog Food ?

In a question I just answered one of the other answers stated that dogs arnt to eat cat food due to natural occurring bacteria in fish mainly fish flavored cat food, he then stated have you ever seen salmon in dog food? Well yeah I have I feed my pup solid gold wolf cub and bag states ingredients 1- Bison and number 2 Salmon meal, so is this guy right or wrong im thinking wrong wolfs eat fish right coyotes eat fish, so a little clarification if you don’t mind for this cold snowed in Buffalo boy.
