Help with flirting .. girls and guys?!?

ok im 16 and have been 2 long term relationships, after breakin up with my last bf i wanted to be alone for a while and not rush into things. its been 6 months and ive already had 5 opportunities to go out with different guys but i didnt want to because i thought it might have been disrespectful, but now theres this one guy whos totaly different from the rest, hes not a player for sure, but he likes to think he is as he hangs around with them. everyone says im a flirt, and im quite embarrased by it but it usually gets me the guy i want, but not this time, he really has surprized me! he texts me almost every night, askin if im still awake, talks to me in skl, but if i flirt he doesnt take the hint!! maybe this is what attracted me to him, hes different.. does anyone have any advice or personal experience of this? please help x
