My 3 yr old daughter was diagnosed with a nodule on her vocal chords about 2 months ago.?

Dr put her on nose spray for 2 months and ask to make her rest her voice as much as possible. She is very hoarse in fact seems to getting worse. I am looking for any similar scenarios or advice?
