Can I get into University of San Francisco with a C?

I'm pretty sure my physics teacher is going to give me a C in his cl (it's an honors) cl, and I'm starting to get really worried. I want to get into USF, but I'm not sure now. I'm currently a junior, and the rest of my grades are B's and A's. What should I do to make up for this, or will it totally kill my dreams into getting into USF?
