IM A NATURAL BLONDE, SHOULD I DYE MY HAIR BROWN?

i have a warm golden skin tone, ( see my pic ) and i think blonde hair really lightens my face and makes it glow. i have brownish hazel eyes and im naturally a redish medium coloured blonde, but im soo bored with it !! i would really like to dye my hair to a warm redish dark brown ( similar to cheryl cole when she had redish brown hair, or similar to katy holmes ) im worried that i will not be able to go back to being blonde without damaging my hair if i dont like being brunette, and im worried i'll regret it.. i would have a semi permanent dye put it, but i cant afford 2 expensive trips to the hairdressers right now, PLEASE HELPPP xxxxxxxx :)
