Insurance didn't fix my car right after an accident. Its been 2 months now can I have them total the car?

The insurance company doesn't repair your car, the shop you choose does. Your problem is now with the shop so you have to demand they make it right. They should know how to contact the insurance company if there is supplemental damage. Maybe the additional damage will total the car. But the car can't be totalled because of shoddy repair work.
