My computer has slowed down....why?

Try using CCleaner, this will clear out the registry of old crap that tends to bog the system down. It's completely free for as long as you want it, and it works really well. If you're having issues connecting to the internet, or the connection is slow, that's because your bridging with the Xbox 360.
