How do I divorce quickly in NYS? I need grounds..?

We have been married for a year. He ruefuses to work. He steals and gambles all our money. I pay everything! I am extremely stressed out and suffering. we have no children or any property together. Do I have to go to the dominican republic for a quicky divorce? any other alternatives?
