PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER THIS REALLY NEED HELP....?

Hi People looking for good advice i don't need to hear smart people... My boyfriend was silly and got in trouble with the Irish law, he was cought with 28 bars of hash(drugs) but his Barrister said that the search warrent that was served was wrong becouse things are in the wrong place on it,,,, will this stand in court he made a big mistake and risks losing his job, me, and his family,,,,is it true in Irish law that if awarrent is wrong then it is wrong please help
