How can I fix the scratches on my laptop?

A stupid lady at the airport scratched the top of my laptop by carelessly throwing it in one of those grey x-ray bins face down. Once I made it through the security checkpoint, I noticed that my 2 week old laptop had 3 scratches on it. My laptop is a studio dell. It is one of those personalized ones that you can choose the color for. Mine is pink and it is metallic looking. It's surface is not shiny or plastic looking like other laptops. The Dell company will not fix my laptop because it is a cosmetic issue but I really want my laptop to look nice like it used to. Someone please help. I really want to fix this.
