What is the total sales value of hair coloring products sold in the USA and which companies sell the most?

I have not been able to find sales numbers for hair coloring products. Ideally I would like to find out how much people (M/F) spend each year on hair coloring products (in the salon and over the counter) and howe much of those products are for coloring grey hair...
