Where is the choke on a Toro lawn mower?

If your talking about a Toro riding mower on a newer model the choke is there but activated only when throttle is fully engaged then after mower is started you pull throttle back a little to disengage the choke some pushmowers are same way if choke not working un hook throttle cable near the carb on the linkage body then put thottle handle in full position then do the same on carb and rehook and tighten screw when you see the choke erfly is closed
