I want to saran wrap my friends car with my other friend and my dad telling me it's not a good idea!!!?

Me and my friend thats a girl want to saran wrap my friends car on a schoolnight 1am and my dad is telling me he doesnt think its a good idea but i ahve been planning this with this girl for the past day and i dont want to back out on her the night before. My dad says he only sees bad things coming out of it and thinks this kid will come back at me and do something even worse, maybe even humiliate me but me and him go way back and are great friends so i dont see why hed get so mad? I think this girl will think im a pus*y if i back out
